Virtual Emotion Regulation/Mindfulness Class

A 45 minute, four-session virtual group class

This class focuses on helping students describe their emotions and put them into words

Students will learn to decrease the frequency of unwanted emotions and change unwanted emotions once they start

Participants will learn tools to address emotional vulnerability; increase resilience, reduce suffering, and manage extreme emotions so as not to make things worse
